Replace 'chosen color' as a text to detect for autoframe to use gold land frames with 'choose a color'; this catches everything 'chosen color' does but also catches Nykthos, Meteor Crater, and Rhystic Cave.

Fix tilde card name replacement
...
The tilde replacement for card name doesn't work if the "{cardname}" tag isn't present because the if condition is incorrect. This fixes the condition to check for either one.

Only the first slash was removed when checking for a matching mana symbol code. This change removes all of them so hybrid Phyrexian mana works reliably when using slashes in the shortcodes.

Fix autoframe land colour detection and etched/seventh frames
...
This change makes the autoframe land colour detection case insensitive since lowercase curly bracket shortcodes work fine for the symbols, and fixes the etched and seventh edition autoframe population using the wrong filenames.
